My friend Tiffany is currently completing a Post-Baccalaureate Program at CSU East Bay. I didn't do a post-bacc but I did do more schooling by staying an extra year at UC Santa Cruz. Both are great options for raising your GPA by taking more classes befor

Sample 1st 2 Paragraphs, Post Baccalaureate Prehealth Studies Program

I am an Israeli-American man, 26 years old, and I will be finishing a Masters Degree in Law next year in Holland. I am going to finish my education in law next year because I like to finish what I start. But I have become convinced that my true calling in life lies in dentistry and I want very much to enroll in your particularly distinguished Post Bac Program in Prehealth Studies at XXU because I love your university, for a variety of reasons, not the least of which is its location.

A young man who is as well traveled as he is read, I hope to distinguish myself in the future by my sensitive heart and a burning desire to put my energy to work on behalf of ‘the underserved’, those who are most in need of my talents. Like my parents, I speak several different languages: Dutch, English, Hebrew, Swedish, French, German, Danish, and Norwegian along with basic Somali. I am also at a beginner level in Spanish and Brazilian Portuguese. A distinguished musician and volunteer, I work at homeless shelters and soup kitchens, teach Dutch to asylum seekers, and have given piano and violin performances at old age homes for almost a decade. I now volunteer at XXXX Hospital in Arnhem.

Dental Postbaccalaureate Programs

Dental Postbaccalaureate Programs grew out of attempts to provide reapplication assistance to students from economically and/or educationally disadvantaged backgrounds who were previously denied admission to dental school. The goals were to increase diversity in the dental school student population and improve access to dental services for underserved populations. These programs have been a great success and studies suggest that more than 90% of those students completing a post-bac program go on to be accepted to dental school, especially as a result of improved DAT scores.

Program’s graduates are also increasing diversity in the dental student population generally speaking and that their practices are providing increased access to care for underserved populations.

altMy name is Dr. Robert F. Edinger.  I help dentists and students of dentistry from all over the world to be selected for admission to advanced education programs.

I only do my best, taking the time to reflect on your story as well, usually doing some internet research on your behalf.

I especially enjoy working on behalf of those clients whose stated long term goals represent a significant contribution to helping the underserved.
